Beauty Concierge Colombia (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a private coordination and concierge service. We assist clients with consultation scheduling, translation, transportation, accommodation, and recovery logistics in Barranquilla, Colombia.
We are not a medical provider. We do not examine, diagnose, treat, prescribe medication, or perform medical or surgical procedures. All medical care is provided exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals and accredited clinics in Colombia.
Not Medical Advice
The information on this website (including pricing ranges, recovery timelines, common procedures, and general guidance) is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice and should not be used to replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Any decision to pursue cosmetic or reconstructive surgery is personal and comes with risk. You should discuss your individual health history, medications, allergies, expectations, and potential complications directly with a qualified surgeon.
No Doctor–Patient Relationship With Us
Contacting Beauty Concierge Colombia, submitting a consultation form, scheduling calls, or receiving logistical coordination services from us does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Beauty Concierge Colombia.
A doctor–patient relationship is formed only between you and the independent surgeon or clinic that agrees to evaluate and/or treat you.
Independent Surgeons and Clinics
All surgical, medical, dental, and aesthetic services are performed solely by independent surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and licensed medical professionals. We do not control, supervise, guarantee, or direct their medical judgment or surgical techniques.
We aim to connect you with licensed, credentialed professionals and accredited facilities. However, we do not make any promises or warranties regarding:
- Clinical outcomes or cosmetic results
- Risk of complications or side effects
- Your eligibility for surgery
- Healing time, pain level, or scar appearance
All surgical decisions — including whether you are medically cleared, what procedure(s) are recommended, whether combined procedures are appropriate, and whether surgery can safely proceed — are made by the treating surgeon.
Surgical Risk and Personal Responsibility
All surgery carries risk. Possible risks include infection, bleeding, fluid retention, anesthesia reaction, contour irregularities, dissatisfaction with aesthetic results, scarring, delayed healing, and the need for revision surgery.
By choosing to travel for elective surgery, you accept that recovery in another country may include practical limitations (mobility, follow-up access, travel timelines, etc.). You are responsible for discussing these realities directly with your surgeon and asking all questions before agreeing to any procedure.
Travel, Accommodation & Recovery Support
We can coordinate airport pickup, private transportation, accommodation, recovery-house stays, translation support, aftercare check-ins, and pharmacy runs. These services are intended to make your stay more comfortable.
However, non-medical support is not a substitute for professional medical care. If you experience warning signs after surgery (excessive pain, fever, dizziness, shortness of breath, etc.), you must seek direct medical attention immediately.
Emergencies
In an emergency, call local emergency services or go to the nearest accredited hospital or clinic. Do not rely on text messages, WhatsApp, website forms, email, or social media for urgent or life-threatening issues.
Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Medical Disclaimer at any time in order to reflect changes to our services, professional standards, or legal requirements in Colombia and abroad.
