These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of beautyconciergecolombia.com (the “Website”) and to services provided by Beauty Concierge Colombia (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing this Website, requesting a consultation, or using our coordination services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Role
Beauty Concierge Colombia is a coordination and concierge service. We assist with scheduling consultations, arranging transportation, translation, accommodation, and post-surgery recovery logistics. We introduce clients to licensed surgeons and clinics in Barranquilla, Colombia.
We are not a hospital, clinic, surgeon, nurse, or medical practice. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, recommend specific treatments, or guarantee medical outcomes. Medical and surgical decisions are made solely by the treating medical professional.
2. No Guarantee of Suitability
We cannot guarantee that you will be accepted for surgery. Eligibility is determined exclusively by the independent surgeon after reviewing your medical history, physical evaluation, lab work, and any other required tests. Surgeons may refuse or delay treatment at their professional discretion.
3. Medical Risk
All surgery and anesthesia involve risk, including but not limited to infection, bleeding, scarring, asymmetry, dissatisfaction with cosmetic results, delayed healing, and the possibility of revision surgery. You accept these risks by choosing to pursue elective procedures.
It is your responsibility to ask questions, request clarification, and make an informed decision with a qualified surgeon before proceeding.
4. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You agree that all information you give us — including health background, medications, previous surgeries, allergies, tobacco/nicotine use, and any relevant medical conditions — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Withholding or misrepresenting information can lead to surgical refusal, cancellation, medical complications, or additional cost. We are not responsible for delays or extra expenses that result from missing or inaccurate information.
5. Travel, Lodging & Transportation
We can help organize transport, recovery housing, meal support, and similar logistics for your convenience. These services are provided by independent third parties (drivers, recovery homes, nurses, etc.).
We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, policies, or availability of those third-party providers. Any disputes involving housing, transportation, or caregiving must be addressed directly with the provider.
6. Pricing & Payments
Pricing and timelines shared before surgery are estimates only. Final cost depends on the treating surgeon’s evaluation, procedure plan, facility fees, anesthesia, supplies, and required aftercare.
A deposit is usually required to confirm a surgery date. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable. In some cases, they may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled within an allowed window.
You are responsible for all balances owed to the surgeon, clinic, recovery house, nurse, driver, lab, pharmacy, imaging center, or any other service provider.

Content on this Website (including procedure descriptions, timelines, recovery expectations, and cost ranges) is general information only. It should not be viewed as medical advice or a guarantee of individual results.
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or free from error. We assume no responsibility for decisions made based on this Website, social media content, or email/WhatsApp communication.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Concierge Colombia will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your decision to pursue elective surgery or other medical treatment
 - Any surgical or medical outcome, including dissatisfaction with results
 - Complications, infections, side effects, or readmissions
 - Travel delays, flight cancellations, accommodation issues, or missed appointments
 - Actions or omissions of independent third-party providers
 
You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and travel decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, branding, graphics, layout, and images on this Website are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially reuse any content without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute arising from our services or this Website shall be handled under Colombian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Updates to These Terms
